Edwards will be responsible for implementing and sustaining solid HR processes and systems, including a performance management system and building strong leadership that focuses on delivering exceptional bottom line performance. She also assists in managing the day-to-day site operations for’s Austin, Texas location. Edwards joins from Intuit where she was Director of Human Resources for the Intuit Global Customer Care Small Business Division. At Intuit, Edwards led the HR team that earned the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) prestigious designation as Best Place To Work, for three consecutive years, by creating and implementing innovative employee programs that drove increased employee engagement levels, maximized productivity and improved leadership capabilities for all levels. Prior to Intuit, Edwards was the Director of Human Resources for PeopleSoft, a global leader in human resources technology.
